About Washington Insurance Brokers
Independent employee benefits broker serving Washington State employers since 2009.
Meet Brandon Hoobler
Brandon Hoobler has been a small business owner for over 10 years which means when he sits down with an employer, he understands the conversation from both sides of the table.
Brandon started in the insurance industry in 2009 as an Aflac agent, earning promotions to District Sales Coordinator (where he trained and developed agents), then Regional Sales Coordinator. In parallel, he built his own independent group health insurance agency.Â
Today, Brandon works with employers across Washington State in construction, accounting, government, agriculture, transportation, and more, helping them build benefits packages that attract good employees and keep them. He represents Premera Blue Cross, Regence BlueShield, Kaiser Permanente, Delta Dental, and other leading carriers, always as an independent broker who answers to his clients, not the carriers.

Serving All of Washington State
Washington Insurance Brokers is based in the greater Seattle area and serves employers across the entire state — from Bellingham and Everett to Tacoma, Olympia, Spokane, Tri-Cities, and everywhere in between. Whether you have 2 employees or 150, Brandon can help you find, set up, and manage a benefits package that works for your business and your budget.
Our Expertise
Brandon works with Washington State employers to build benefits programs that fit their team, their budget, and their industry:
Group Health Insurance — Plans from Premera Blue Cross, Regence BlueShield, Kaiser Permanente, and other WA carriers. Brandon shops the full market to find the most competitive rates for your group.
Dental & Vision — Delta Dental, MetLife, and others. Bundled or standalone, for groups of any size.
Voluntary Benefits — Aflac accident, cancer, critical illness, and hospital indemnity plans that employees pay for through payroll deduction at no cost to the employer.
ACA Compliance — Guidance on reporting requirements and minimum essential coverage, whether you have 5 employees or 500.
Group Life & Disability — Term life, short-term disability, and long-term disability to round out a competitive benefits package.
Our Commitment to You
Brandon's goal has always been to help small businesses flourish. Having run his own business for over a decade, he knows firsthand that employee retention, morale, and productivity live or die on whether employees feel taken care of.
When you work with Washington Insurance Brokers, you get Brandon directly — not a call center, not a junior rep, not a rotating account team. He responds to your questions, attends your open enrollments, reviews your options at renewal, and is available throughout the year when things come up.
There's no cost to employers for his services. Carriers pay broker commissions, so working with Brandon is always free. Ready to get started? Reach out today.
