Brandon Hoobler - Licensed WA Insurance Broker and Aflac Broker District Coordinator

Meet Brandon Hoobler

Brandon Hoobler's relationship with Aflac goes back to 2009 — and he's worked his way through nearly every role in the organization. He started as an Aflac agent, earning a promotion to District Sales Coordinator where he trained and developed new agents. From there he advanced to Regional Sales Coordinator, overseeing a broader territory across Washington State. In parallel, he built his own independent group health insurance agency — and it was that combination of Aflac expertise and independent broker experience that led Aflac to offer him a newly created role: Broker District Coordinator.

The BDC role was designed for someone who understands both worlds. Brandon works directly with licensed Washington brokers to bring Aflac voluntary benefits into their existing employer client base — handling the enrollment, employee education, and ongoing case management so his broker partners can stay focused on their core practice.

He's also a believer in the product. Brandon offers Aflac to his own employer clients because he's seen what it means to an employee when a check shows up after a cancer diagnosis or an accident. That firsthand conviction is what he brings to every broker partnership.

Transforming Employee Benefits Solutions

As a licensed Washington State insurance broker and Aflac Broker District Coordinator, Brandon Hoobler helps independent brokers add Aflac supplemental benefits to their employer clients — at no cost to the broker.

Aflac is America’s #1 provider of voluntary/supplemental insurance. Unlike major medical, Aflac pays cash directly to policyholders when they experience a covered illness or injury — helping employees cover out-of-pocket expenses their health insurance doesn’t. Products include accident, cancer, critical illness, hospital indemnity, and short-term disability coverage.

As a Broker District Coordinator, Brandon works alongside producers across Seattle, Bellevue, Tacoma, Spokane, Bellingham, Olympia, and the Tri-Cities to enroll Aflac products within their existing employer client base.

What Brokers Get From This Partnership

Partnering with a Broker District Coordinator costs you nothing and requires no new licensing. You keep your client relationship — Brandon brings the Aflac expertise, products and enrollment support.

  • Access to Aflac's voluntary product portfolio — add accident, cancer, critical illness, hospital indemnity and short-term disability to your employer clients without taking on any new carrier contracts yourself.
  • Full training, support and case assistance — Brandon handles the Aflac enrollment, employee education and ongoing case management so you can stay focused on your core benefits practice.
